We focus on providing equity and short-term debt loans on quality workforce housing assets in high-growth U.S. markets, including stabilized multifamily assets, mobile home parks, single-family homes, and other income-producing real estate assets.

To provide strong, risk-adjusted returns for our investors, the fund intends to allocate at least 80% of its capital to target real estate assets that are determined to be affordable for the local workforce. 

Our portfolio currently or has included single-family properties in the Greater Houston, TX area and multifamily properties in Texas and Florida.

We have used over $19 million from investors to acquire 200+ real estate properties.
